Yoga Classes

Yoga is for everyone. No you don't have to be flexible or need a "perfect yoga body". Yoga can be practiced by everyone, young, old, stiff, flexible, it doesn't matter. What matters is your ability to get up, on your mat and be ready to change. 
I teach in my own studio and you are welcome to join my yoga courses or a private session.

How much do classes cost?
Standard Yoga course   £50 for 5 classes

Private Yoga session £50,- 60 minutes

We cannot extend your Class Pass by any amount of time or make any refunds. Thank you for your understanding.

Fees are non-refundable and  non- transferable.

WHERE: The Yoga studio in Peaslake is an intimate sacred space that sits in a beautiful, tucked away private garden, which is full of peaceful birth song, luscious green trees and colourful flowers. The studio was opened in January 2012 and it has been growing ever since.  Many local people come, so it's a great place to make new friends. There is no bell to allow for peace in the space at all times. The studio is a fully equipped room: yoga wall, blocks, chairs, bolsters, blankets are provided.

IF YOU ARE NEW TO THE STUDIO: Huge welcome to you – you will not regret your time spent here – you will start on a journey that will become a constant sweet companion to you all your life. On a more basic level, you will be asked to register. If you are a regular client then you will be asked to sign in. Classes are paid for individually, or you can purchase a series of classes. 
TO CANCEL: If you need to cancel your class please do so 48 hrs in advance.  As we are a small studio, classes do fill up quickly.
