In the west Yoga has become a form of exercise, (nothing wrong with that) although we might want to explore a new more refreshing way which is more alive and arrives out of inner awareness. The ways yoga is practiced today, is focussed on the physical side of the practice, which is mostly informed by the mind. When we connect with the heart and start to listen to the body in a more intimate way we might find pockets of deep wisdom and knowing which will open the door to greater freedom and joy.
