Womens Yoga Circle
This Journey includes five weekly in person yoga circles and 5 weekly online Zoom Meetings for questions and answers, + closed Facebook Group for Support.
Live classes combined with online support are a unique opportunity for women to go deep within themselves.
Most classes will include some of the following: asana, somatic dance, innate breath work, sound healing, voice activation, heart awakening, womb blessings, intellectual inquiry, emotional release, sharing circles, support, weekly homework, and guidance with weekly questions and answer sessions
Women’s Yoga circles are unlike any yoga class you've done before. The focus is less on the rigid, alignment-focused and forced asanas, and more on the innate circular and spiral movements of the body’s natural flow of life force.
The movements aren’t strict and linear but are reflective of an ancient lineage that flows through the bones of a women body.
The movements respect the innate intelligence and intuition of the feminine form.
Rachel believes that true yoga lies in the intimate relationship of soul, body and psyche. This 5 week journey relies on a deep trust in the intelligence that lives inside us all - a cellular intelligence that unconsciously knows how to move the body when given the appropriate guidance and space.
This is a deep awakening process and a life changing opportunity for women to be part of a sister circle.
