Yoga is for everyone. No you don't have to be flexible or need a "perfect yoga body". Yoga can be practiced by everyone, young, old, stiff, flexible, it doesn't matter. What matters is your ability to get up, on your mat and be ready to change.
I teach in my own studio and you are welcome to join any class that works for you. You don't have to book or commit to any class or time. Just show up when you feel like it.

Rachel is not teaching her regular classes as she is training and is diving deep in self inquiry.

How much do classes cost?
Drop in class £10
Standard Yogacard £50 for 5 classes (valid for 6 weeks)
Regular Yogacard £90 for 10 classes (valid for 12 weeks)
WHERE: The Yoga studio in Peaslake is an intimate sacred space that sits in a beautiful, private garden. There is no bell to allow for peace in the space at all times. The studio is a fully equipped room: yoga wall, blocks, chairs, bolsters, blankets are provided.
IF YOU ARE NEW TO THE STUDIO: Huge welcome to you – you will not regret your time spent here – you will start on a journey that will become a constant sweet companion to you all your life. On a more basic level, you will be asked to register. If you are a regular client then you will be asked to sign in. Classes are paid for individually, or you can purchase a series of classes. Semi-private classes of 8 to 10 students cost £10
TO CANCEL: If you need to cancel your class please do so 24 hrs in advance. As we are a small studio, classes do fill up quickly.

The yoga studio is in a picturesque village in Peaslake. It is tucked away in a private and beautiful garden which is full of peaceful birth song, luscious green trees and colourful flowers. The studio was opened in January 2012 and it has been growning ever since.
Many local people come, so it's a great place to make new friends.
